NOAA released their climate summary for November 2017 for the US today. It shows that this November was the 7th warmest on record and the year to date so far is the 3rd warmest on record for the country as a whole. For Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina and Virginia, it has been the warmest year on record so far, with just one month to go (although December is likely to be pretty cold, so that record may not last).
