The latest 3-month climate predictions from the Climate Prediction Center are in and show that for almost every 3-month period for the next year there is an increased chance of above normal temperatures for the Southeast.  Precipitation forecasts are much harder and don’t show any significant leanings one way or the other except in a few isolated areas of the US, including a small slice of southern Alabama in the April-June period.
