Once the cold front moving through the Southeast this weekend moves past, we should see very light amounts of rainfall for the next seven days.  The highest amounts are likely to be in North Carolina where drought expanded last week.  Other areas, including most of Florida, is likely to see little to no rain.  This, when combined with above-normal temperatures which are expected to return to the region, could help lead to an expansion of drought conditions in some parts of the Southeast, although the Drought Monitor authors could choose to hold off until the next week.
