The Southeast Regional Climate Center noted that for November 1-28, many stations are set to record their monthly average temperatures in the top ten coldest years on record. A few stations, including Macon and Valdosta GA, may set their coldest on record. In the map below, stations in pink are in the top 5 coldest years for each station’s period of record and the blues are in ranks 6-10. The temperatures the last two days of the month are unlikely to make much change in these rankings. You can see this and more using their Perspectives tool:
